Midterms in college can be rough, but with the right guidance and motivation they can be a breeze!
Tips for Freshman:
1. Don't be scared: This might be your first midterm, but its nothing to stress about. Most exams are not always cumulative, and if they are use the resources around you. Attending your professors office hours, creating study groups with classmates, and reviewing class notes are all ways that can help you get ahead.
2. Take a break: It's okay to relax! Don't over study, it is important to take care of yourself. If that means going out with friends, having a at-home spa day, watching Netflix, etc., DO IT!
3. Midterms are not the end of the world!: After midterms if you still find yourself struggling in a course, please refer to every possible academic resource that you can. It is important to speak to you professor NOW before the end of the semester when it is too late. If you wait your professor is less likely to help you out.
Overall, For everyone else make sure to take your time with Midterms, and we are just a few weeks away from Thanksgiving Break!!
